I want you to love your new artwork as much as I loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, I’ll always do my best to help.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are welcome within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be returned in their original condition and protective packaging.

• Any additional postage costs are at the buyer’s expense.

• To arrange an exchange, please email me at contact@ahkiillustration.com with your order details.

Returns

• Prints and products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are in their original state and protective packaging.

• Original artworks are final sale, as each piece is one of a kind — please take care to check details and measurements before purchasing.

• If you have any questions before buying, I’m always happy to help with extra photos or information.

Damages

Every order is packaged with care to keep your artwork safe.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Ahki Illustration as soon as possible with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement, credit, or refund depending on what’s best for you.
