Shipping & Delivery

Every order is packed with love and care from my little studio in Torquay, Australia, and I do my best to get your artwork to you safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of purchase.
If there’s ever a delay (for example, during busy seasons or markets), I’ll let you know right away.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES - AUSTRALIA

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75

- Flat $10 rate on large letters and parcels (domestic)
- $3 for greeting cards orders (domestic)
- $1 for sticker orders (domestic)

These are approximate delivery times provided by Australia Post:

  • Small & large letters (A5 and A4 prints):

    • Standard Post: 2–8 business days

    • Express Post: 1–3 business days

  • Parcels (A3 prints and larger):

    • Standard Post: 3–10 business days

    • Express Post: 1–4 business days

If you’d like your order sent via Express Post, you can select this option at checkout.

Tracking

  • A5 and A4 prints are sent as large letters — these do not include tracking with Standard Post.

  • A3 prints and larger are sent as tracked parcels, and you’ll receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • If you’d like to add tracking to a smaller print, just send me an email and I can arrange it for a small additional cost.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES - INTERNATIONAL

 -  $25 flat rate on parcels and large letters
 -  $10 for greeting card order below $30, $25  for orders over $30
 - $10 for sticker orders 

These are approximate delivery times provided by Australia Post:

  • Small letters (stickers and greeting cards):

    • Standard Post: 15+ business days

  • Parcels (Prints, tea towels etc):

    • Standard Post: 5–9 business days

Tracking

  • Stickers and individual greeting cards are sent as letters — these do not include tracking.

  • Prints and tea towels are sent as tracked parcels, and you’ll receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Address

Please double-check your address at checkout — include your full name, house or unit number, street name, suburb/town, state, and postcode.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense.
